What is our promise to you?

'Color Me WHIMSY' sells only 100% authentic, brand new merchandise, complete with the manufacturer's packaging unless otherwise indicated. Our products are varied but where a manufacturer's warranty is available this will apply to your purchase as well. In addition, we offer a very fair return policy if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase (see our Return Policy). 

Can I trust 'Color Me WHIMSY'?

Our beliefs and qualifications bind us to ethical standards in business and in life. Additionally, our Return Policy will allow you to return your product if you are not entirely satisfied. Our website and it's integrated shopping cart is powered by Shopify and we are registered members of that site (see Shopify). Lastly, we accept payment through Paypal and therefore you are protected by their standards. 

Is the product I am about to purchase genuine and new?

Unless expressly indicated, every item we sell is 100% authentic and brand new and comes with the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Where we refer to an item as designer inspired or celebrity inspired or variations of that description, then these items are not the original designer labels or the label worn by the celebrity, but they are still brand new and exceptionally high quality, either in our own brand or a related one. 

How will I know if my order placed online has been received?

Soon after you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Color Me WHIMSY. If you do not receive this confirmation in your inbox please check your spam folder just in case. If nothing has been received then please contact us at hello@colormewhimsy.shop.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will see on the product page if the item is stocked by us or ordered from Korea. Stocked items delivery time is 3-4 days for mainland USA. As we are small, many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer in South Korea, delivery to your doorstep will be on average 5-8 business days. Some items may occasionally be out of stock and require a little extra time if this is the case you will be notified within 24 hours. Your options then will be either to wait until the item is restocked or to cancel your order and hopefully find something equally cool from our collection.

Can I track my order after purchase?

You can track your order from this website. Additionally, we regularly monitor orders placed with the manufacturer and will contact you with anything relevant that we think you should know about. This should allow you to rest assured that your package, while on its way to you, is being tracked and checked by us too. 

Can I return what I have purchased?

Yes, you can. See our Return Policy for detail. 

Can I return or exchange the items I bought on sale?

All items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchange.  See our return policy for full details.

Is my purchase guaranteed?

You qualify for whatever guarantee is provided by the manufacturer or supplier of the product. In addition, you can return your purchase in line with our Return Policy. 

What payment methods are available?

We accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal (even with no Paypal account). 

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed using industry-standard encryption and security methods to protect you. Our website as well as it's integrated shopping cart is powered by Shopify (see Shopify). Our many years in industry, our reputation for honesty and excellent service are your guarantee of satisfaction. Details of our policies are all spelled out on the relevant pages of our site.

Who will help if I have a problem?

We pride ourselves on giving prompt assistance when required. If a problem or query arises, your first step should be to notify us by email (see contact details). This is because we would like to properly research and prepare a complete solution for you and this is often not possible to do easily on the phone. Our service promise to you will be to respond within one business day of receipt of your email and to keep you regularly informed of progress. We also offer a call back service as we realize how reassuring it can be to actually talk to someone.  Just email us full details of your issue and the best number to contact you on.

Is my information safe with you?

We use state of the art encryption and fraud detection technology to protect your personal information and assure your security - this is provided by Shopify through it's integrated shopping cart run on this site. We keep only enough information to process your order. We never sell, lease or share your email address or other personal information (see our Privacy Policy).

Do you ship to Canada?

We most certainly can ship to Canada, but shipping costs may differ.  All packages entering Canada are subject to inspection by Customs.  Color Me WHIMSY cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, or any added taxes or duties deemed payable by Customs.
