If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, just follow these simple steps:
- Drop an email to email@example.com informing us of your order number and your intention to return your items.
- In that email tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange, and also expressly confirm that the items to be returned are unworn, in the condition you received them and are not altered, damaged or stained in any way.
- If you can, please attach a picture of the items (both back and front) for our records and tell us why you want to return them. This information is for our records only and may help us to better assist you.
- Ensure your returns are packaged up securely, so they arrive with us safely and are posted within 10 days of you receiving them. Please get a tracking number so we can track the return.
- Once your item is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your return will be processed. If you requested a refund this will be made immediately to your credit card or original method of payment. If you requested an exchange a new order will be created on your behalf and shipped over to you in line with our Shipping Policy.
- Please note that return shipping costs will be refunded if the return was caused by an error on our part.
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:
- All items purchased on sale.
- Hair accessories.
- Sleepwear, underwear or swimwear.
