SHIPPING

• Stocked items delivery time is 3-4 days.
• We are a small boutique and cannot hold all items in stock, in this case, your order will ship from Korea and may take  8 to 15 working days from the day the order is placed. This does not include weekends and holidays.
• In case a non-stocked item is back-ordered, it may take extra 2-3 weeks of delivery time. We will do our utmost to keep you informed along the way.
• We will supply tracking numbers as soon as they are available. An email will be sent to you with your tracking details.

International Shipping.

Free shipping on all orders over $199.

For orders up to $199, standard shipping is $30.

Receiving Your Package

• Someone will need to accept your delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the delivery the courier will try to contact you by telephone or will leave a card (for this reason it is important to leave your telephone number when you place your order). 
• We cannot deliver to a PO Box address, so please do not use one as your shipping address. 
• Please do not refuse delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Refunds for refused deliveries will be made at our discretion and will be minus any costs incurred on our behalf.
